Who has access to my storage unit?
You provide your own lock and keep the key. No one else has access.
What type of lock do I need?
Any standard pad lock with 1 inch shackle or similar will work. We recommend placing your pad lock inside the lockbox for extra security and weather protection.
Do You have dollies, ramps or a forklift?
No. We do not provide any loading or moving equipment.
Can I bring my own container to your facility to reload the contents?
No. There is no access for big trucks with trailers. Our facility is designed for access by vehicles no bigger than a 10 ton van. Most rows between containers are about 20 feet wide.
Are there restrictions to what I can store?
Yes. We do not accept contaminants, toxic or hazardous substances, explosives or other items that may pose a risk to the environment, the space, staff or other tenants.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
We have a 2 month minimum, but beyond that it is month to month. Rent is not prorated.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards only.
Are there any other fees?
We require a damage deposit which is refundable at the end of the rental period provided container is left empty and clean.
Do you offer insurance?
No. Tenant / landlord law applies and we are not responsible for care of your goods. Suitability of the space for the intended purpose and insurance are your responsibilities.
How do I terminate my rental agreement?
You can give us a call once container is empty and clean. We will inspect it and cancel your rental agreement.
When are you open?
Office hours are 8:30 to 5:00 Monday to Friday. Storage facility is open 7 days a week. We have different areas with various access hours including 24/7.
